Sales Partner Program Terms

Program Overview
The Curably Sales Partner Program ("Program") is a business-to-business program that allows approved Sales Partners ("Partners") to earn commissions by onboarding hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations to the Curably platform. Participation requires application and approval by Curably.
Application & Approval
- Partners must submit an application through the Curably platform
- Applications are reviewed by Curably management
- Approval is at Curably's sole discretion
- Partners must provide accurate information and professional credentials
- Partners may be required to complete training or certification
Commissions & Payments
Commission Structure
Commissions are earned when Partners successfully onboard healthcare organizations that:
- Sign a service contract with Curably
- Complete onboarding and integration
- Meet minimum usage requirements
Payment Terms
- Commissions are calculated based on contracted revenue
- Payments are processed monthly after verification
- Minimum commission threshold may apply
- Commissions are subject to verification and may be adjusted for refunds or cancellations
Partner Responsibilities
- Represent Curably professionally and accurately
- Use only approved marketing materials and sales collateral
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Report sales activities and leads through designated channels
- Complete required training and stay updated on product changes
Prohibited Activities
- Making false or misleading claims about Curably products or services
- Engaging in unethical sales practices
- Violating patient privacy or data protection laws
- Competing directly with Curably or promoting competing products
- Sharing confidential information with unauthorized parties
Intellectual Property
All Curably trademarks, logos, marketing materials, and proprietary information remain the property of Curably. Partners may use these materials only for approved sales activities and must cease use upon termination of the partnership.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Curably may terminate immediately for breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or violation of laws. Upon termination, Partners must return all materials and cease representing themselves as Curably partners.
Limitation of Liability
Curably is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Program. Total liability is limited to commissions earned in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Confidentiality
Partners agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information, pricing, customer data, and business strategies shared by Curably. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Changes to Agreement
Curably reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Partners will be notified of material changes and continued participation constitutes acceptance.
