Cura Trybe Ambassador Program Terms

Program Overview

The Cura Trybe Ambassador Program ("Program") is a referral program that allows registered Cura ID users ("Ambassadors") to earn rewards ("Coins") by referring new users to the platform. Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

• You must be a registered Cura ID user with a verified account
• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You may not use spam, fraudulent, or deceptive practices to refer users

Earning Rewards

Program Rules

• You may not create multiple accounts to earn rewards
• You may not refer yourself or use fake accounts
• Referrals must be genuine users who sign up through your unique referral link
• Rewards are only awarded for legitimate referrals that result in active users
• Cura ID reserves the right to verify referrals and withhold rewards for fraudulent activity

Termination

Cura ID reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you will forfeit any pending rewards.

Limitation of Liability

Cura ID is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your participation in the Program. Rewards are provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding the Program or rewards.

Changes to Terms

Cura ID reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
