QR, NFC, or scheme lookup in under five seconds. Allergies and active meds pulled under consent before the pharmacist opens the bottle.
Safety check, then dispense
Interaction and duplicate-fill signals run against the verified record. Pharmacist confirms; system logs batch, qty, actor, and timestamp.
Claim meets evidence
HMO pre-check sees dispense proof attached to the encounter. No log, no payout — automatic hold instead of a six-month audit.
